Plymouth Place

La Grange Park, Illinois
Revitalizing Community Living

Plymouth Place’s multi-phase master plan renovation and additions have transformed the community and enhanced residents’ living experience. The project spans 148,600 SF and encompasses the renovation of the existing marketplace, pre-function gathering space, salon, and dining room, along with the construction of the newly built Center for Healthy Living (CHL) and Arboretum Villas. The cutting-edge activity center and collection of upscale villas mark a significant milestone in the project’s evolution, with three phases completed by 2024.

The CHL is envisioned as a hub for wellness and leisure, featuring amenities such as an indoor pool and spa, spacious locker rooms, a dining venue with vaulted ceilings and a double-sided fireplace, a wine bar, and a creative learning center. Meanwhile, the 58 new villas offer diverse housing options, from a cozy 1-bedroom to expansive 4-bedroom apartments. Each villa provides easy access to outdoor amenities, including bocce courts, walking paths, a rooftop garden, a club room, and golf simulator lounges for private gatherings and entertainment.

The design seamlessly merges traditional elements with modern aesthetics. Clean lines, vibrant colors, and floor-to-ceiling windows create a welcoming ambiance flooded with natural light. The curated palette of earth tones, warm woods, and saturated colors adds a contemporary twist while maintaining a cohesive connection with the existing community.
