The design of this children’s and women’s hospital strikes a thoughtful balance between playful, child-friendly elements and a sophisticated, soothing aesthetic. Mixed materials—glass, wood, paper, and acrylic—are integrated throughout the space to create a dynamic and healing environment. Every floor features unique design elements, including custom window mobiles inspired by kaleidoscopes and interactive art such as seek-and-find pieces and spinning kaleidoscope installations. All materials and installations were carefully selected and fabricated to meet hospital standards for durability, cleanability, and maintenance. These evidence-based, sensory-friendly features support emotional wellness and physical healing for patients and families alike.

Integrated mixed media artwork—easy-to-clean acrylic vitrines house hand-crafted nature scenes that bring vibrant color and life to public spaces.

Designed custom, floor-specific installations such as kaleidoscope-inspired mobiles to animate corridors with light and movement.

Developed interactive art elements including seek-and-find graphics and kinetic sculptures that engage young patients while maintaining cleanability and long-term durability.
