Objective

Create a multi-use clubhouse that serves as a gathering area for residents and owners to host events, a social and wellness hub with a pool and fitness center, as well as a sale/ management office and work-from-home area for the community.

Solution

The clubhouse is both functional and beautiful. Timeless and durable finishes were incorporated into the interior design and furniture. The sturdy furniture is easy to maintain and will hold up to all community functions.
