Spellman Brady & Company Awarded Projects for Friendship Village

St. Louis, MO ( September 11, 2012) - Spellman Brady & Company has been selected to provide full interior design services for the first phase of the expansion of Friendship Village’s Chesterfield and Sunset Hills senior living communities.  

Spellman Brady & Company’s scope of work for the Chesterfield community includes design and selection of the interior finishes, casework and lighting. Phase 1 of the project is 65,522 SF and consists of a new independent living building with 30 apartments.

For the Sunset Hills community, Spellman Brady is providing interior finish, furniture and artwork services that include development of the project’s program, budgets, selections, product review and specification.    Phase 1 of the Sunset Hills project is 225,000 SF and includes new villas and apartments with understructure parking and a clubhouse.

Spellman Brady & Company is a nationally recognized woman-owned interior planning and procurement firm specializing in furnishings and artwork to create brand identity for senior living, healthcare, and higher education organizations.  Spellman Brady is working with architects, THW – Thompson, Hancock, Witte & Associates of Atlanta and St. Louis general contractor, Brinkmann Constructors.  Construction of the Sunset Hills villas will start in September 2012, while construction at Chesterfield will begin December 2012.
